My salon is located at: 70 Main St. Ansonia, CT 06401 203-715-6885 ________________________________________ RULES & POLICIES: _________________________________________ •The card on file is just to hold your appointment- you have not paid yet nor a deposit •My #1 preferred payment method is Cash! •You can also pay with your physical debit/ credit card, or the card on file, but taxes are included. Tap Pay is also accepted. •I DO NOT take cash app or venmo or zelle. •You have to cancel 24 hours ahead of your appointment or it is a 50% of your service late cancellation fee. • Please use a valid card. If you end up having insufficient funds and your card declines you will be banned from booking. •No shows are 50% of your service fee. • Less then 24hr/ Same day rescheduling -automatic $45 fee • You can only same day reschedule if i have availability in the same month •Please be no more then 10 min late. After 10 min it is a $10.00 fee- after 15 min it’s a $15.00 fee -after 15 min your appointment is considered a no show resulting in a no show fee which is 50% if your total. • NO CELLPHONE USE during your services. • NO GUESTS / NO KIDS _________________________________ EYELASH EXTENSION POLICIES: •Please come to your appointment with squeaky clean lashes with no makeup on. If Any extra mascara or old strip lash glue is present it will be a $5.00 extra fee. •No FOREIGN REFILLS. I do not work over others lash techs work. If you have lashes on from another artist please book a removal & new set. • Refills are in between 2-3 weeks with 40-50% of your lashes still on _____________________________________ ESTHETIC POLICIES: •Facials- You can come with makeup on , I suggest you don’t -but it will be removed. •Brazilians- Please make sure your hair is at least 3-4 weeks grown out from last wax •Must be over 18 for any Wax services, anybody under 18 will need a Guardian to sign for consent. _________________________________________ Covid-19 Guidelines : • Even if you are vaccinated - please wear your mask to every appointment over the nose for Lash extensions , Brows& Waxing services. • Hands will be sanitized when you walk in. _________________________________________ Cannot wait to service you soon!
